    Job responsibilities:

    Job requirements:

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for module design and physical verification of simulated layouts;

    2. Collaborate with the team to complete project layout design work;

    3. Independently complete module layout design work.

    Job requirements:

    1. Graduates with a bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electronics, microelectronics, and integrated circuits;

    2. Familiar with using layout design verification tools such as Virtuoso, Laker, Calibre, etc;

    3. Understand the basic process of chip layout design and physical verification, and have an interest in in-depth understanding of common layout design issues;

    4. Can read and understand Foundry's various process guidance documents;

    5. Good professional English literature reading and information search skills;

    6. Capable of independently completing tasks according to planned milestones, with a goal oriented work attitude.


  • Digital IC Design Engineer

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Digital design, verification, synthesis, simulation, and static timing analysis based on Verilog language;

    2. Design for testability, including scan chain insertion, test pattern generation, etc;

    3. Assist in completing various tasks related to the mixed signal ASIC design process, such as design, validation, synthesis, layout, wiring, testing, LVS, DRC, etc.

    Job requirements:

    1. Master's degree or above in microelectronics or electronic engineering, with a solid theoretical foundation in digital IC design; (Excellent undergraduate graduates are admitted based on merit);

    2. Proficient in Verilog RTL code, validation, and debugging;

    3. Having practical experience in EDA tools such as Cadence NC Sim, Synopsys DC, PT, etc.


  • Analog IC Design Engineer

    Job responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for designing analog ICs, including but not limited to optical communication integrated circuits such as TIA, LA, LDD;

    2. Responsible for completing circuit design, simulation, and verification;

    3. Assist layout engineers in completing the layout design of simulation modules;

    4. Assist testing engineers in completing chip testing plans;

    5. Assist testing engineers in participating in chip testing and problem analysis.

    Job requirements:

    1. Graduate degree or above, major in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, and Integrated Circuit (excellent undergraduate graduates are selected for admission);

    2. Having a solid foundation in analog circuit knowledge, familiar with basic device structures and layouts;

    3. Familiar with basic simulation modules such as Opamp, Oscillator, Bandgap, ADC, and LDO, and able to perform loop analysis;

    4. Familiar with basic simulation design processes and EDA tools;

    5. Has good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit;

    6. Serious and responsible, proactive and possessing good organizational and coordination skills.
